OOTN: River Island high waisted riding pants

001: I've had my eye on these disco style pants for ages! Ever since i spotted them on American Apparel, the only thing which put my off was the price tag £70, in this case i couldn't forget about the price tag Jessie J!


002: So yesterday i was shopping in Eldon Square after going to the Northumbria university open evening to look at Fashion Communication. I didn't know what to wear after going in Topshop, Miss Selfridges and River Island, till i spotted these £30 disco pants! Which were fractionally cheap may i add!


003: So my little huns, yesterday i went to my friend Lucy's 18th and put this little outfit together. my heels are from New Look, Top from H&M for £12.99, and necklace £16.50 from Topshop. I hope you like it!

Studded Topshop Slippers

001: Hello Huns! TGIF, It was a long day at college today, it dragged so much! but getting me through my day was the fact i knew my new Topshop slippers would be waiting for me at home!

002: I've had my eyes on these for a while, and when i got payed i decided i wanted to treat myself!... so the studded Topshop slippers it is. I bought them whilst Topshop had free delivery, making them cost £32!

003: As i have very wide feet, these are very suitable as they have a lot of extra room, although on the photos they do look squished! The material is leathery, which is better than most suede versions!

September Glossy Box

001: Hello huns, okay so today is a very special day, my Glossy box arrived. It sure has brightened up my week, as on monday i failed my driving test. I have only just stopped crying, i know it's not the end of the world and i can rebook it, but it was honestly the worst experience of of life. I failed due to putting in 4th gear instead of 2nd on a slip road/give way, causing the car to stall on a dual carriage way, stupid me! I have rebooked it anyway, for in a months time, phew!

002: Back onto the Glossybox! it arrived at 9:00 this morning and i heard rumours that it was going to be patterned! I was so amazed when i opened it, my favourite colour, green! I am definitely putting this box on show in my bedroom, it is cute as!

003: In this September box i received 5 products, all which i am generally happy with. However, i must admit, there has been better boxes!

Product 1: Sample of Lady Gaga's Fame Fragrance. "An opulent, crushed floral fragrance that's black like the soul of fame but transparent once aireborne". This scent is really quite nice, really strong, how i like my perfumes. I think i may have to purchase this in full size in the future!

Product 2: Rodial Glanoxy Snake Serum and 5 minute Facial. This product is to help recuse the appearances of frown lines and wrinkles. In my box, I received 4 sample clay masks to try out.

Product 3: Balance Me Wonder Eye Cream. This is designed to sooth sore eyes and smooth away dark circles. Because of my tears from failing my driving test and stress from college, i will be sure to try this one out!

Product 4: Body Shop Vitamin E Moisture Cream. This is "the bestselling daily moisturizer" it helps to hydrate skin, leaving it feeling soft and smooth. I'm excited to try this product out, as it is something i would probably buy in the body shop anyway! So i sn very glad i received this product this month!

Product 5: Boisilk Silk Therapy. This helps to moisturize and restructure your hair without heaviness. I'm glad this product isn't heavy because i fear hair products will leave my hair greasy! But due to the 'unheaviness' my hair will soon be seeing the Biosilk!

Scrapping Wednesday

001: For years i have loved cutting up my look magazines etc, and adding them to scrap books. I did this so in the future I could look back on the fashion and think, My God, what on earth did i used to wear! Fashion is forever changing, therefore i thought making a fashion scrapbook would be a good idea to see how fashion has changed over the years.

002: Over the past year or so, I have forgotten about scrap booking completely and have spent my spare time looking at bloggers for inspiration instead of in magazines. But as I am applying for University this year, my mam and sister have been pestering me to start scrap booking again, as i want to do Fashion at Uni. The problem is, I don't have any art base AS/A2 levels, so the Universities I have my eye on have asked for a 'portfolio'. However, I did take Art at GCSE and gained a B in it, but The textiles/art aspect of fashion doesn't interest me as much as the journalism and marketing half. However, if these Universities decide that I am not allowed on the course due to my lack of creativity skills, i will study a year at a fashion college to gain experience.

003: I love Wednesday's, as i have free's at college all day meaning i don't have to show my face! After doing my English Literature and English Language essay's, i decided to do some scrap booking whilst listening to the music channel.

Topshop Wishlist

Hello Huns, Having a Topshop Wishlist, of course means it's soon to be pay day! I absolutely love the third Tuesday of each month. I've had my eye on a few pieces from Topshop lately, but due to my saving disorder i have had to wait another month to buy clothes, i really need to start saving! Lately i haven't been wearing bright colours or patterns, I've gone for the more simple approach, as i find it looks more casual, and you can reuse staple pieces in your wardrobe. Due to my great thinking (as always) i have narrowed my wishlist down to these items, as i find they can be very practical and reusable. I need this leather jacket in my life, pay day, hurry up! I have also spotted these polka dot Jamie's, do pardon the pun. I think although they are patterned, they are very versatile and i can't wait to try them! I already have the blue, black and khaki of this sort, so i'm pretty positive, these shall be in my wardrobe very very soon. Annabel x

Long time no blogging

Hello, i'm officially back!

Sorry it's been a while! i've been busy with work and having driving lessons. Yes i know it's been the summer holidays, but i wanted to relax for 2 months completely. Now i'm back to college and motivated to get my grades, i thought i'd start blogging again, as it get's me back into a routine.

I have a driving lesson next monday and i am so nervous, it's unreal! But on the bright side,i get paid the next day! That ought to get me through the day. Except a haul very shortly hun bun's!

I previously bought an iphone 4s, well my mam did, thanks mam! Anyways, i've been instagramming, new fave toy! feel free to follow me 'annabeltaylor1995'. I thought i'd share a few of my instagram photos with you to show you what i've been upto below, or what i've been purchasing more like...

June Glossy Box Contents

The caudalie perfume sample smells beautiful, it is a rather big sample too! i might have to purchase the full size soon as the smell is lovely.


This Glossy Box brush was originally £15, and is made of goat's hair. It doesn't feel very soft though, but i will still get my use out of it mind!


I havn't tried this bare mineral's bronzer yet, it'll probably just get shoved to the back of my makeup draw though. I wasn't impressed with this sample what so ever.


I thought it would have been better if the concealer samples were suited to your skin shade, after all, when subscribing you do fill out a form of your skin type. As i am the palest of all people, what is dark brown concealer going to do for me!


This me me me nail varnish is a pale shade, peachy kind of. I love the shade, as i don't like bright shades on my nails, due to the length! So i will be getting my use out of this product also

Okay so first impressions? not so good. I was pretty dissapointed this month with my glossy box, i was so excited to recieve it in the post aswell. When my sister text me when i was at college saying our glossy box had arrived, i couldn't wait to get home. I received a sample of caudale perfume, a sample of bare minerals bronzer, concealer samples, me me me nailvarnish and a glossy box brush. However, this brush was £15 originally, so at least i got my money's worth on one product! What did you get in this months glossybox?
